By installing and using the MailSpark Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MailSpark is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence to help users refine and improve their email communications within Gmail. The Service includes both free and paid (Pro) tiers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You are responsible for the content you submit for processing
• You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service

4. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are limited to 10 email refinements per day. This limit resets every 24 hours. Additional features may be added or modified at our discretion.

5. Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The MailSpark extension, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us. You retain ownership of your email content. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated suggestions will be appropriate for all contexts. Users should review all content before sending.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any miscommunication resulting from AI-generated content.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
